Convenient but problematic

I recently purchased this hub to use with my 2022 macbook to add all my peripherals, power and network through one cable. All but the network link are working which significantly diminishes the utility of the hub as I work with large files. I've tried to contact customer support but I've not had a response. The lack of support has left me disappointed. Anyone considering purchasing a hub looking for network connectivity should take this into consideration. The seller subsequently reached out and sent a warranty exchange. This hub works very well and I am updating my review to 5 stars as it’s performance is as advertised. I am quite happy with the new hub

Perfect size.

This product works exactly as it should. It's a great size that works for traveling or taking with you. It's easy to use and seems to be great quality. I'm quite happy with my purchase.

The only docking station that supports HDR!

Greet docking station that actually supports HDR! Other ones will make your HDR monitor show up as not supported when your monitor does support it!

Finally a USB-C hub that works and keeps working

I've been through 2 other USB-C to ethernet hubs and both only made it about a month, (or less!) before they stopped working. My HooToo with USB 3.0, HDMI and power through was even kindly replaced by the supplier when I reported it failed, but the replacement failed too. I decided to buy a UNI USB-C to ethernet adapter. No other functions, just ethernet, and it failed. No I have the Uptab and everything on it works. It reads, writes and powers 2 external drives while running the ethernet and using Power-Through to power my Macbook Pro 2017. My fingers are crossed that it survives.
